The Bana Project is different from other non profit organizations in that our programs are sustained by volunteers from the local community in need. Our Country teams recruit and train local volunteers to manage each of our programs within the orphanage. Volunteers can mentor, assist teachers, care for infants, and help in the gardens. The effect is long lasting.
